Editing Picture's In Photoshop.

The picture i brang in today , was a picture of Rovinj standing against a tree . In the background there is a blur of two people . My picture was not high enough in resolution so i had to change it . To do this i had to open the picture up in Photo shop from my documents . At the top there is a toolbar that say's image so clicked on that .
